What does a health coach do?
As your coach, I listen to your goals, create a safe and sacred space, and ask you powerful questions that bring out your inner wisdom so that you can create sustainable and lasting changes. We work as a team to achieve whatever goal you set. Each session is a time to self-reflect, brainstorm, envision, reset, discover, and create the life you want. Unlike therapy which looks at the past, coaching is a transformational dialogue that examines the present and looks to the future.

Young adults dealing with chronic and/or life-threatening illnesses that are:
Feeling helplessness, and confusion while navigating their health.
Experiencing disenchantment towards the health care system.
Ready for change.
What does it look like?
1 free 45-minute consultation + 30-minute follow-up sessions via Zoom.
Session times are flexible to fit your schedule.
