The 3 Week Countdown

  1. Drink more water, especially in the morning (and add a lemon!)

  2. Green/ginger/essaic tea daily.

  3. Take daily vitamin supplements.

  4. Stay low low low carb. (only from veggies, nuts, eggs, etc... clean sources) 

  5. If packaged, food must be <1g sugar. 

  6. Use CBD oil & Frankincense. 

  7. Limit Cheese / Dairy intake. (2 days per week)

  8. Eat probiotics daily. (Unless fasting) 

  9. One 48-hour fasting per week, One 24-hour fast per week. 

  10. Eating window 6 hours on non-fasting days. Keep calories limited to keep ketones high and glucose low. 

  11. Limit eating to 6 hour window on non-fasting days. 

  12. Meditate daily.  Chanting NMRK & chakra balancing via YouTube. 

  13. Stay reading literature and research articles - at least 3 every week. 


Only veggies I allow right now (and also the majority of what I have been eating.): 

  • Kale 

  • Cabbage 

  • Bok Choy 

  • Asparagus 

  • Celery

  • Spinach 

  • Swiss Chard

  • Brussels 

  • Broccoli
